Aegis class super destroyer

After reading the Top 10 Most Powerful Destroyers In The World, I came up with an idea for an Aegis super destroyer, which I’ll just call the Aegis class super destroyer.
I’ll base it on the Sejong the Great-class destroyer, so I guess that you can consider the Aegis class super destroyer a redesign.

After doing a little reading about sensory systems, propulsion systems, and missile systems, .
I will start from the most noticeable external differences into the differences in the propulsion system.
. Addition of 4-faced X-band Active Electronically Scanned Array Radar, primarily for fire control and provides target illumination for the ESSM in the terminal intercept phase.
. Addition of 4-faced C-band Active Electronically Scanned Array Radar, primarily for long range search and tracking.
. If necessary, a secondary volume search radar, perhaps something similar to the Thales Nederland NS100, will be included.
. AN/SPY-6.
. Possible addition of the AN/SPS-67 C-band radar.
. Possible addition of the Sagem VAMPIR IR search and track system for passive detection of cruise missiles, aircraft, and other asymmetric threats.
. Two Pantsir-M close-in weapons systems will be in place of the Goalkeeper CIWS and RIM-116 Rolling Airframe Missiles.
. The smokestacks are shielded to reduce the vessel's infrared/near-infrared and heat signature.
. The propulsion system, instead of combined gas and gas, will be an integrated electric propulsion system with two Rolls-Royce MT30 turbine engines and two MTU M71L diesel engines, with the engines being mounted on anti-vibration mounts, making the vessel quieter and less detectable to passive sonars. Moreover, noise is reduced, making for more pleasant living and working conditions for everyone on board.
Alternatively, a nuclear reactor from a submarine may also be used to generate electricity.
. One Mauser BK-27 cannon is mounted on each side just behind the main superstructure, mainly to engage small watercraft, and act as backup CIWS systems.

. Will, sometime in the early 21st century, be upgraded with a low-probability-of-intercept radar (LPIR).

. Earlier examples built in the 20th century may not have all 21st century electronic countermeasures, but will be upgraded in the 21st century.

Zootopia libertarians vs Nationalists, & Antisemitism in Zootopia

It all happened throughout the late 1910's to the late 1930's. The Christian-conservative West Zootopia, formally known as the Christian Republic of Zootopia and the progressive, later socialist/communist East Zootopia, formally known as, Democratic Zootopia split. Democratic Zootopia re-branded itself as the Democratic Socialist Republic of Zootopia.

They had regular border wars. Tired of being attacked by the Democratic Socialist Republic of Zootopia, the Christian Republic of Zootopia invaded a large part of DSR Zootopia. This opened to opportunity for a revolution.

The underground movement, after studying history, and witnessing the rise of totalitarian regimes like Fascist Italy, the German Third Reich, and worst of all, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and decided that, instead of more larger, powerful government, taking John Dalberg-Acton's quote "All power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely", decided that they would try a radical idea; less government. They also tried the radical idea of individualism with the rule of law.

The libertarians were almost to call themselves the "People's Liberation Army", but did not adopt the name because they did not want to sound like a left-wing movement, and they did not want to be associated with the Chinese People's Liberation Army. They called themselves the liberals for the first two months, but after minarchists and anarcho-capitalists joined the movement, quickly changed to libertarians. The name change was also a good idea in hindsight.

The Ultra-Nationalists, often informally shortened to "Nationalists", were almost the same as the libertarians, except they distrusted humans and the outside cultures. Unlike the Civic Nationalism of the libertarians, they were kingdom nationalists for the animal kingdom, and unlike the secular libertarians, the Nationalists were militantly anti-theist.



The Nationalists saw Jews to humans as prey animals saw foxes to predators. 

They were already off to a bad start with Bolshevists who were also Jewish, who perhaps were reacted to anti-Jewish prejudice from Christians.

As political commentator Ryan Dawson said, and I quote, "Bolshevism was a different clique, it's the same ethnic group (Jews) [but] completely different from the GCL (God's Chosen Lunatics) of now that want to colonize Palestine and so on. You have to understand that you have a group of people that, there was a lot of Christian prejudice towards Jews. They weren't allowed to own land. They weren't allowed certain occupations, and so, you're forcing people to develop a sort of covert, asymmetric form of survival, in a way. If you look at a lot of these very peaceful Native American groups became Spartan-like war societies, because they were getting colonized, right? And so, if they were getting colonized, and suddenly, force becomes a very important thing. And the Apache went, like, total, you know every male has a horse and a rifle. And, under enough pressure under [in] Europe, a lot of Jews, who could, you know, get kicked off their property... there was a lot of prejudice to even other 'wrong' brand of Christians. And that's how they all developed into this." "You saw the same thing happen with early Christians vs Romans".

He also notes that Jews charging interest on loans only made a tiny niche of Jews wealthy, while most stayed poor and lived in ghettos.

Andrew Illingworth: "People who think that they [Jews] have been doing this for six-thousand years since the first days, that's so wrong. And for those people, grow up, for the love of God".
He also says that "History is full of cycles of violence".

The Nationalists also saw the nepotism practiced among extremely wealthy Jews.

This was taken to a new level after 1948. The racism among Israelis and the Zootopian Nationalists are fuel to each other's flame, each feeding off the other's negativity.

However, starting in the 2000's, some Nationalists started to concede that not all humans, including Jews, were intent to taking over Zootopia in some New World Order conspiracy.

Maximum trailer length without permit is 60 feet.
Maximum total straight truck length without permit is unlimited.

Up to turnpike trains with 60 foot trailers are permitted. No special permit is required (other than the driver's doubles/triples endorsement), and long combination vehicles are allowed to roam freely throughout the state.

Aggregate products.
Agricultural/farm products and commodities.
Construction/demolition equipment and highway machinery.
Fire trucks.
Government-owned vehicles.
Implements of husbandry.
Snow Plows.
Waste/rubbish/trash.
Timber products and commodities.
Tow trucks/wreckers.

Trivia: the 650,000 lb (325 ton) figure was inspired by a mention in the video Volvo Trucks - Volvo Trucks vs 750 Tonnes: An extreme heavy haulage challenge. However, the video was made with a 2012 Generation Volvo FH16 configured specifically for extremely heavy loads, so this figure is extremely optimistic.

Libertopia:

Virtually all of the roads in Libertopia are private roads. This is the directive from the Department of Public Safety as guidelines for owners of the roads;

Maximum trailer length is 48 feet. 
Maximum straight truck overall length is 40 feet.
Maximum straight truck and trailer combination or straight truck and semi-trailer combination overall length is 65 feet. Trucks equipped with dromedary boxes count as straight trucks.

Overhang, depending on application (such as logging or pole carrying) is tolerated, so long as there is a square orange sign that says "load overhang" on the back. 

Single:

To operate above 73,000 lbs, there must be a minimum of 51 feet between the center of the first axle and the center of the last axle.

Never more than 10,000 lb per tire is permitted.

Auxiliary/supplemental axles, such as pusher axles, lift axles, or trailing axles, are not counted in calculating maximum GVW, except by special permit.

The weight of the equipment for idle reduction and/or auxiliary power units is exempt from the total weight of the vehicle.

Ironically, in case of a fossil fuel crisis, severe driver shortage, or a like emergency, the State of Libertopia would change its standards of that to New Israel/Authoritarianistan.

License plates:

Libertopia:

Two plates are issued, but only one is required. Two plates are required for government officials and government-owned and government-leased vehicles, other than law enforcement vehicles.

Law enforcement and security-patrol license plates are yellow-on-blue, except for unmarked and undercover vehicles.

Individuals have the option of listing their occupation on their plate if it requires special privileges, such as press members, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, nurses, and doctors. These 'special privilege' plates are issued on a case-by-case basis, as that the State of Libertopia government does not handle licensing of medical professionals or private firefighters, with those functions being done by private certification organizations.
If a request is denied, the individual may appeal the decision in traffic court.

Judges also have the option of listing their occupation on their license plate, but this is not recommended.

Amateur radio operators may also have their own custom plates and may use their radio call sign as their number, and may use the same number on any vehicle that they own.

Veteran's plates are available to military veterans, with statuses such as "Prisoner of War", "Medal of Honor recipient" or" Purple Heart recipients".

All state and local government officials are required to have a blue-on-yellow license plate, and display the plate on both ends of their vehicle, even for motorcycles and trailers. The plate lists the jurisdiction they serve, and their title/position. 
For example, a plate for an Example City Council member would list their registering jurisdiction as "Example City" and "City Council Member".
Another example would be, for a State Senator would be "Libertopia State" and "State Senator".

Vanity plates are available, with over 200 combinations. Money from fees is donated to causes such as providing extra money to law enforcement agencies with tight budgets.
Fleet vehicle owners may also customize plates that are specific to their organization, much like Indiana.

Authoritarianistan/New Israel: 

Two plates are required on all vehicles, including on motorcycles and trailers.

State officials and agencies working for the state (such as the Armed Security Service) have "Exempt" plates.

All plates must have either the state motto "Duty, Unity, Work, & Faith", or "Everything for God, State & Fatherland", with the former being the default.
Watercraft registration:

All vessels or boats that are not powered by one or more onboard motors.
