Libertopia State arming civilians
State residents who are eligible to own firearms under Federal Law are sent money cards.
One-for-one trade-ins for newer firearms (ie, trading in an AR15 Sporter (SP1) for a AR-15A2 Government Carbine), along with parts & accessories (such as T65 upper receivers to place on AR-15 lowers) are also given a limited subsidy.

Libertopia State Government Local Law Enforcement Accrediation & Grants Requirements (for equippment)
Equippment must be the same of that of the State Troopers.
