Marine daughter & Airman son headcannon
https://www.20000-names.com/warrior_names_fighter_names_male.htm
http://www.meaning-of-names.com/search/index.asp?nm=warrior&stype=1
I know that, in the United States military community, members of the Air Force tend to get made fun of for having easier physical requirements, and cushy and hospitable living and working conditions compared to what members of the other branches have to go (though in reality, the Air Force's Security Forces are trained as combined military-police and light infantry, and have their own special forces include a Tier 1 unit).
But, the bumper sticker doesn't go into detail about who the "Airman son" is and what he did.
While unlikely, maybe here's what he did while in the Air Force:
He went to the Air Force Academy for four years. While there, his major was Military & Strategic Studies, with a minor in Foreign Language. He graduated as a valedictorian.
Immediately after graduating and becoming a 2nd Lieutenant, he went to the United States Army's Ranger School to help him do better while training to become a Special Tactics Officer. He graduates at the top of his class.
He succeeds at becoming the top of his class in training to become a Special Tactics officer, making his way into the 24th Special Tactics Squadron, making it to the rank of Major, and just short of making it to Lieutenant Colonel. He is a self-professed lifer and workaholic, not even taking days off or vacations offered to him. He has considered studying to become a doctor in either the United States Army Airborne (specifically, AOC identifier 62A Emergency Physician, or 62B Field Surgeon/Battalion Surgeon) or United States Navy Fleet Marine Force, but felt that he was more of a warrior & leader than a healer, so he instead plans on joining the Civil Air Patrol, and being an instructor at Florida Preparatory Academy.
He would be considered a "Still Motivated Veteran" as described by The Warfighter journal. When in public, he is almost always seen wearing an Air Force polo shirt and baseball cap, with his jacket having Air Force patches on it.

He wanted to go to either United States Military Academy or United States Naval Academy as a Marine officer, but at the last minute, decided to join the United States Air Force Academy and became an Air Force officer.
His sister, on the other hand, enlisted in the Marine Forces Reserve, graduating at the bottom of her class in basic training at San Diego, California, and took on the MOS of being a Fiscal/Budget Technician (Military Occupational Specialty code 3451) during her 6x2 enlistment. She works white-collar jobs in her normal life.
