Chéngfá zhě is a misanthrope who is the son of Tank Man. He was imprisoned, but once he escaped, he joined a rebel group and waged a hell war against the CCP.
The Punishers regularly and savagely hunted down Chinese Communist Party members, along with People's Liberation Army officers and People's Armed Police officers.
Events that are comparable to the "No Russian" mission from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 are regular occurrences, with the Punishers going after gatherings of Community Party members and armed forces officers.
Punishments for captured individuals are brutal. Even the floors of their cells are covered in broken glass and rusty caltrops.
Things have gotten so bad that many CCP members and high-ranking armed forces officers commit suicide because that is better than letting the Punishers kill them.
The one and the only reason why the Punishers are not any more brutal than they already are is that they can't get any more brutal than what they already are.
Chéngfá zhě has said "Authoritarians are the lowest form of scum on this dark blue hellhole called "Earth". Don't call them authoritarians as being pieces of whale shit, because that is an insult to actual pieces of whale shit."
Trivia:
. The reason for me creating this story was mainly for what could be described as catharsis, considering how much I RESENT and HATE society and how much humanity screws itself over, harming itself or letting others or a few of its members harm it but the majority let it happen, because the majority is too immoral, too lazy, too incompetent, too ignorant, and perhaps above all, too weak to deal with problems.
I wanted this story to be dark, and to show villains being brutally killed as a way to express and vent my anger, frustration, and overall resentment about humanity's flaws, and how much harm it causes in the world. And it especially gives me a way to vent my anger and frustration about people with authoritarian personalities. Let me explain.
Since entering high school (I won't mention the name here out of respect, as that, as much as I hate it, I'll admit it is not the worst shithole school in the country), I have dealt with teachers with authoritarian personalities. I personally think that some authoritarian people that you deal with in daily life have power trips is because, mentally, they are weak, have a weak body, and/or can't successfully gain power another way, so the only way they can get power is through their mouth and words on a piece of paper. Perhaps this is a way of masking and making up for how weak they truly are either physically or on the inside. If they get into a fight with someone whose bodies are somewhat in shape (not even to athletic levels), they will be beaten down like a strawman. They resent the reality that there are people who are smarter, stronger, and/or more successful than they are.
. This story, as articulated above, is a way to give a nod to my darker inner thoughts without literally being arrested for "terroristic threats" or being sent to an insane asylum for being a perceived threat to society.
The Nonpartistan Constitutional Federation of China:
After World War 3, NCF China was forced to sign a Treaty. Under this Treaty, the new Chinese Federal government was allowed to maintain a maximum of only a few hundred thousand armed Military and Law Enforcement personnel combined (this wasn't as big as a problem, considering how many regions in China became independent but it still was an issue).
The Armed Self Defense Services:
Setup somewhat like Japan's Self Defense Force, but even weaker.
Federal Military:
Land Self-Defense Service.
Aviation Self-Defense Service.
Maritime Self-Defense Service.
Air Defense Service.
Federal Civilian Law Enforcement:
Federal Police.
Federal Coast Guard.
The command is much like India's, intentionally fractured, with no centralized authority within them, to prevent the Armed Services from gaining too much power or organising a coup. But, they have severe limitations:
Only the Aviation SDS is permitted to have any aircraft whatsoever, with severe limits on the number of armed aircraft it may possess.
Only the Maritime SDS was permitted to have any watercraft whatsoever. Most of the large. Little more than a glorified coastal navy.
