Military equipment was almost always restricted for export, in order to prevent nations that are not friendly to the NATNWO from gaining technology and equipment from NATNWO countries.
Generally, any country that is hostile to NATNWO's policies and actions or support countries that are hostile to the NATNWO's policies and actions have an military equipment embargo on them.
Embargoed countries:
. All North Atlantic Treaty Organization members.
. People's Republic of China.
. Russian federation.
